Rosemary's journey is one of extraordinary convergence — where science, passion, and purpose meet in every single bake. For 14 years she served as a Paediatric Nutritionist at Nestlé, studying how food nourishes the human body from its earliest days. Running parallel to her science career was a love of baking that began at the age of ten.
In 2019, she turned that passion into purpose, entered The Great Kenyan Bake-Off — and won. She then trained in the kitchens of Ferrandi Paris and Le Grenier à Pain, bringing French pastry precision back to a Kenyan context. No other bakery in Nairobi is run by a Nutritionist. This is not a marketing claim — it is a scientific commitment.

Custom cakes require a minimum 48 hours' notice. Wedding & multi-tier cakes: 2–4 weeks recommended. Pastries are baked fresh daily — order by 9am for same-day pickup.
